About This Activity
Description
Campers split their time between making and decorating delicious desserts, such as cupcakes and ice cream, and creating art inspired by food. Influenced by artists like Claes Oldenburg and Wayne Thiebaud as well as their own baking, campers explore drawing, painting, and sculpture as they develop their art. Along the way, they learn about kitchen safety and practice basic skills like measuring and following directions. You must contact COCA’s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary and grocery as well as art materials included in price.
