About This Activity
Description
Learn to use fresh local produce selected from the farmers market and a whole foods approach to create sophisticated meals that reflect flavors around the world from fresh foods. We learn about legendary chefs like Alice Waters who creates fine dining experiences from sustainable approaches, and we incorporate foraged flowers from the region such as roses and honeysuckle. You must contact COCA’s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
