About This Activity
Description
This camp highlights the creative potential in the kitchen. Each day, campers focus on one key ingredient and create three separate dishes that showcase it in vastly different ways. We might use chocolate as an ingredient in chili, a layered cake, and ice cream; or experiment with lemons in bars, vegetables, and curd. Students drive ideas and along the way they work on basic kitchen skills and safety. You must contact COCA’s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
