About This Activity
Description
Cheese lovers learn classic as well as unique recipes that feature their favorite food—from fondue to soufflés, and from cheese biscuits to cheese desserts. Then, as part of a small team, budding chefs are challenged to utilize and highlight cheese in the most creative way in an inner-camp cooking competition. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills. You must contact COCA’s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
