FUNdamental movement and sports skills are key to helping a child learn to move with confidence and control. Balancing, running, jumping, catching, hopping, throwing, galloping, skipping, leaping, and kicking are the ten fundamental motor skills we will focus on at Sports FUNdamental Camp this summer. These will help children improve in their strength, posture, sleep, and enhance their confidence, social skills, and sense of achievement. We invite you to join Coach Triplett to improve student sports skills and improve fitness by applying each of these fundamental skills to sports situations. Examples include kicking a soccer ball, running a sprint, jumping up for a basketball rebound, or passing a volleyball. Campers should wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes to this camp.
