About This Activity
Join Chef Reba to explore the Argentina street food scene, as she brings dishes from her many travels throughout the country. Make and enjoy Empanadas; Choripan dressed with a flavor-packed Chimichurri; and to finish, we will enjoy a traditional Argentine cookie, Alfajores. - Empanadas Verdes (spinach, Swiss chard, and provolone cheese) - Choripan con Chimichurri (grilled and butterflied Chorizo, topped with fresh chimichurri on crusty baguette) - Alfajores de Maicena (traditional flaky cookie sandwiched with dulce de leche and rolled in toasted coconut) Dietary/allergen info: Class ingredients include wheat, dairy, and coconut.
