About This Activity

In this class, Chef Reba will cover the basics of bread baking while making a crusty sourdough loaf and a quicker yeasted garlic herbed focaccia. We will slice up our loaves to compare the differences while enjoying a meal highlighting our breads! Participants will receive a sourdough starter to take home if desired. - Sourdough Crackers and selection of cheeses selection - Fresh Sliced Sourdough with tarragon mayonnaise and heirloom tomatoes - Garlic and Herbed Focaccia with hearty Italian chopped salad ​Dietary info: The recipes in this class will include wheat, dairy and egg. If the class is full, please click and get on the waiting list. We often have cancellations. This class will be repeated on future schedules, so check back for future dates on an upcoming schedule.
