In this class, Chef Reba will cover the basics of bread baking while making a crusty sourdough loaf and a quicker yeasted garlic herbed focaccia. We will slice up our loaves to compare the differences while enjoying a meal highlighting our breads! Participants will receive a sourdough starter to take home if desired. - Sourdough Crackers and selection of cheeses selection - Fresh Sliced Sourdough with tarragon mayonnaise and heirloom tomatoes - Garlic and Herbed Focaccia with hearty Italian chopped salad Dietary info: The recipes in this class will include wheat, dairy and egg.
