In Chef Amy's opinion, the difference between homemade and store-bought gnocchi is massive. This is definitely one of those foods that it's worth it to learn to make from scratch. If classic potato gnocchi are your fave, this hands-on class is perfect for you! Chef Amy will guide you through the process of making gnocchi dough and demonstrate how to roll, shape, and cook the gnocchi. Then, all students will practice working with the dough and rolling and shaping some dumplings during class. Meanwhile, Chef Amy will put together a baked Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, the epitome of comfort food. Next, we'll utilize the gnocchi created in class by the students to cook a quick, seasonal sautéed gnocchi. The summery option will be Lemony Brown Butter Gnocchi with Asparagus, Peas, and Burrata. Buon appetito! Dietary info: The recipes for this class may include the following common allergen ingredients: dairy and wheat. The class is vegetarian.
