Join the Brand NEW “City Park Fishing Club”. Youth ages 10-15 years old can join our new fishing club program and fish in the City Park Lake. City Park is a Tackle Loaner Program (TLP) through the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC), which allows us to house Rods/Reel - Fishing pole combos, tackle, stringers, informational resources and more to help our club members have the best chance of catching fish in the safest way possible. Participants (once signed up) would come in to City Park Center during open hours and Check out the fishing gear for the time of use to fish in the City Park Lake (355 W Miller St). No overnight Checkouts. Participants must be accompanied by a parent to sign up. Sign ups must be done in person at City Park Center (316 Lake Dr). A full set of rules/ regulations will be given to the participants at the time of sign up.
