Description
WEEK 1 - Camp Connections (Building Bonds & Friendship) (JUNE 1 - 5)This week is all about creating positive relationships, strengthening friendships, and learning the importance of teamwork, communication, and respect. Participants will take part in fun group activities, team challenges, games, and discussions designed to help build confidence, trust, and meaningful connections with others. Throughout the week, students will practice leadership skills, problem-solving, and ways to support and encourage one another while creating lasting memories together.
THIS WEEKS BIG FIELD TRIP IS: U.S. NATIONAL WHITEWATER CENTER
Notes:
* Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Rowan/Salisbury Schools Summer Meals Program. Meals are served at a scheduled time. Campers must be on site to receive meals.
* Each week must be paid in full at registration to secure attendance. NO HOLDS
All parents/guardians must fill out REQUIRED information forms, waivers, travel authorization, field trip permission, and liability forms prior to camp Start. These are available to be filled out electronically on this form.
All Parents are required to attend a Parent orientation on Monday, May 25, 2026 at Miller Recreation Teen Center (1402 W. Bank St., Salisbury, NC).
