Built for defencemen looking to improve their defensive IQ and execution. On-ice sessions cover backward skating, gap control, pivots, breakouts, blue-line play, and defensive-zone coverage. Dryland training reinforces strength, mobility, and lateral movement critical for defensive play. There are two ice times with Dryland training in between. The two ice times are 1:30 p.m.- 2:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.- 5:45 p.m. Dryland training is from 3:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
