About This Activity
Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.
For other programs, please contact the Y during regular business hours for further information.
A therapeutic yoga class, using blanket, straps and bolsters, to help reduce tension, relax muscles and calm the mind.
