2024 UIW Cardinal Swim Camp

The UIW Cardinal Swim Camp will offer a specialized program aimed to help all levels of swimmers. Our mission is to provide swimmers with top-tier coaching, proper technique assessment, as well as lifelong confidence and passion for the sport of swimming. The camp will provide your swimmer with a growth centered environment and elite level coaching. We will put your swimmer through meaningful drill progressions that will improve all aspects of their stroke. we want to give your swimmers summer season a boost or help get them geared up for high school season. In addition to covering the four strokes with daily discussion sessions, we also demonstrate and instill proper technique through specific drills to help achieve peak form. .The two daily water sessions, packed full of individual instruction, follow a slower pace that allow key details to be emphasized and rehearsed. Over the course of the week, we also teach the most up to date starts, turns and breakouts. We like to wrap up camp with a little fun to bring it home!

Per NCAA rules, all sports camps and clinics conducted by the University of the Incarnate Word are open to any and all entrants and enrollment is only limited based on age, grade level, gender or number restrictions as specified by each camp.
