About This Activity
Come stretch and breathe with a little mindfulness story time and yoga, we will start with a story and move into creative yoga poses that help us learn about how our bodies move (and sometimes, be still). To ensure cleanliness, each student will need their own yoga mat, which can be stored for them in Ms. Crosson's classroom.
