We will have measurable metrics to prove our program methods are successful. All sports need Athletes to develop speed, Agility & Strength to excel. Speed / Agility / Strength will consist of Dynamic stretching sequences / Running the 40-yard dash (stance & start) / The importance of 10-yd spilt (the Drive phase) / Position spec Development / Agility & C.O.D Skills / Strength building / Iso & Plyometric drills / Football I.Q. building Additionally, athletes will develop quick twitch muscles, learn positive shin angle, body rejuvenation techniques & more. Payments can be invoiced on an individual basis offline. Payment plans and scholarships available. This payment only covers the first session
