Co-Ed Athletes, 6th - 8th grade
Middle School Serve and Pass Camp is designed for beginner and intermediate level athletes looking to further develop their serving and/or passing skills. This camp focuses on technical development and training for both passing and serving separately, ending with a combination of both skills the last hour of the session.
Agenda: 8:45 AM - Drop Off Begins / Check-in9:00 AM - Camp Begins9:15 AM - Introduction / Ice Breaker Game / Warm Up9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Serving Receive Training - Fundamentals10:30 AM - 11:00 AM - Serving Training - Fundamentals11:00 AM - 11:50 AM - Serving vs Passing Games11:50 AM - Cool Down12:00 PM - End of Camp
