Co-Ed Athletes, 9th - 12th grade
High School Setting Camp is designed for intermediate and advanced level athletes looking to further develop their setting skills. This camp focuses on the technical development and training for setting skills.
Agenda: 12:45 PM - Drop Off Begins / Check-in1:00 PM - Camp Begins1:15 PM - Introduction / Ice Breaker Game / Warm Up1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Groups Fundamental Setting Work2:30 PM - 3:15 PM - Setting Drills3:15 PM - 3:30 PM - Mini Setting Games / Competitions3:50 PM - Cool down4:00 PM - End of Camp
