About This Activity
Description
Fit for Life is a FREE program where participants of all fitness levels are invited to walk at a comfortable pace, low impact exercises, light outdoor games, stay active, meet new people and improve their overall health in a fun and supportive environment.
*Pre-registration is required. You may register online or in-person at the designated community center.
*Participants who miss the first class or two classes in a row without notice will be automatically dropped.*While we will do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to possible cross contamination.
