About This Activity
Kinder: Wild Animals Adventure Club With over 1000 animals, there is a lot to get wild about at the SF Zoo. Campers will discover animal life from Oceania to the Plains and everything in between! Through games and activities and a variety of hands-on discoveries, our Adventure Club campers will have a wild time exploring the diverse habitats and animals this summer. Theme: Passport to the Wild! Campers “travel” to habitats around the world, discovering how animals and plants live together in jungles, deserts, oceans, and grasslands. Hands-on habitat models, garden exploration, and map-based activities help campers learn how food, shelter, and pollinators support wildlife. Art projects use natural and recycled materials to create travel journals, animal masks, and habitat scenes. Scavenger hunts, observation sketches, and science experiments blend movement, curiosity, and hands-on exploration.
