About This Activity
Description
Strength 101 Workshops:
This hands-on strength training workshop series is designed to help participants build a strong technical foundation in the major compound lifts while learning safe and effective progression strategies. Whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine your mechanics, each session focuses on proper setup, movement efficiency, injury prevention, and mind-muscle connection. Participants will receive individualized coaching, cues, and feedback in a small-group setting to improve confidence, performance, and long-term strength development.
