About This Activity
Supply fee for this cohort: $20 Session 1 - The Science of Baking Bread Baking bread is both a scientific exercise and an artistic experience. Students will explore what products and amounts are needed for each type of bread. They will learn the characters of ingredients and the chemical reactions necessary for proper bread formation. Students will develop a style and feel for what the bread is to look and feel like. This is a hands-on class. Session 2 - Card Making Students will practice the art of card making, writing words of encouragement, and addressing envelopes. A variety of cards will be made including birthday, thank you, and others.
