About This Activity
Supply fee for this cohort: $20 Session 1 - Handyman Skills In this class we will practice handyman skills that can be used at home. Session 2 - The Science of Baking Bread Baking bread is both a scientific exercise and an artistic experience. Students will explore what products and amounts are needed for each type of bread. They will learn the characters of ingredients and the chemical reactions necessary for proper bread formation. Students will develop a style and feel for what the bread is to look and feel like. This is a hands-on class.
