About This Activity
Explore your creativity while also engaging in the science of paint! This one week course will explore the nature of watercolor paint: from binding to pigment, to trying new techniques with salt, oil, rubbing alcohol, and masking fluid. The week will conclude with students exchanging mini artworks from the experiments throughout the week. No prior painting or chemistry knowledge needed, all necessary supplies will be provided.
