Barnett Email: amber.barnett@basisindependent.com Dates: Wednesdays Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 6–12 Description: BISV’s Crochet Club is a program in which club members will learn the art of crochet. It reduces stress, improves patience, and promotes creative thinking. In the beginning, club members will participate in the “Box of 500” project, which will involve crocheting small sections that will be joined into blankets and donated to people in need. In addition to volunteering, club members will also transition into the more complex crochet projects, which we will be focusing on for the majority of the year such as toys, scrunchies, and other customized crafts.
