About This Activity
Prerequisite: Completion of Algebra 1 or equivalent integrated math course Enrollment: By invitation only; students are referred by their school counselor. This course is designed for incoming Notre Dame students who have completed Algebra 1 and will benefit from strengthening their algebra foundation before moving to the next level of math. Topics include real numbers, solving equations and inequalities, polynomials, rational expressions, functions, and quadratic equations. Individualized materials will also target each student's specific areas for growth. Students will take the Notre Dame math competency test at the end of the course.
