7 Classes 45 min. sessions Athletes will play a variety of agility and coordination building athletic games in a fun and engaging class. We have many fun games using a variety of different sports specific skill sets to help build players' confidence and inspire them to be more well-rounded and versatile athletes. We'll have a particular focus on fast-feet drills and quick-hands drills which translate into improvement in soccer, basketball, baseball and other sports skills. All levels are welcome! Players must bring a soccer ball and wear sturdy athletic shoes/sneakers and athletic clothes, and bring a water bottle. (No cleats)
