Description
10/16: Cooking and Coloring: Caramels and Homemade Taffy
The first part of the class will focus on the 3 levels of caramel to be made for different projects. The second part of the class will make old-fashioned taffy and get to choose their colors and flavors. There will be samplings of well know caramels to get inspiration.
