Are you interested in learning a music instrument and maybe wanted to try percussion? This Introduction to Drumming class will allow you to explore playing drums. As noted in the class title This is an introductory class so no prior experience is necessary. This will be a very hands on and fun experience. The class will teach you to use pair of drum sticks, learn coordination to start you on the road to playing. You’ll experience how drum rhythms are written and how they apply to playing all genres of music such as rock, jazz and more. In this class you will learn to use a practice pad, do hand drumming and play the various pieces of a drum set.Activity Category
