Learn to shoot 35 mm film photographs and use a darkroom. Explore alternative techniques: cyanotypes, pinhole cameras, photograms, and other mixed media. A little history, a little experimentation, and little chemistry, and a lot of fun. Owning a film camera isn’t mandatory, but if you’ve got one, dust it off and bring it along.
