Cuesta College in Paso RoblesMaster the art of the French tea table in this hands-on workshop designed for home bakers. You will learn to bake three iconic delicacies: zesty, shell-shaped Madeleines, rich brown-butter Financiers, and elegant Frangipane Fruit Tarts. Discover professional secrets for achieving the perfect "hump" on your sponges and the science of golden shortcrust pastry. You’ll leave with a box of beautiful treats and the skills to bring a taste of Paris to your own kitchen.
