Students will learn how to recognize and care for a variety of fist aid emergencies using the American red cross guidelines: check, call and care method. You will learn to communicate your emergency and location, learn CPR for an adult, child and infant. You will learn the importance of your own safety, how to check if a scene is safe and the importance of using personal protective equipment when providing care. This is a fun class where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, solve problems, and participate in group activities all while learning lifesaving skills. You will be issued a certificate upon successful completion of the class.Activity Category
