Ages 5-7
Enjoy an explosively fun exploration of geology, physics and chemistry as you become a Junior Volcanologist! Build your own working volcano and see examples of huge volcanic eruptions. Learn about, excavate, and sort minerals and fossils to keep, and recreate the forces and chemistry at work in the fascinating world of volcanoes.All students should bring a nut-free snack and a water bottle to each session.
If registering for two camps in the same week, students will have a supervised lunch period and must bring a nut-free lunch and water bottle.
