This cooking camp may include ingredients that directly contain or are processed in facilities that handle common allergens (including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy), and that staff are unable to accommodate ingredient substitutions for food allergies or specific dietary restrictions.
Level 2 Camp is ideal for older children or those with more cooking experience who are ready for greater independence. Participants will work on more complex, multi-step recipes and individual cooking and baking projects when possible. This camp may include a mix of from-scratch recipes and individual creations using quality shortcuts to keep the pace engaging while still providing meaningful, hands-on learning.
Menu: Fruit pop tarts, Homemade baked bagels with loaded cream cheese, Mini caprese calzone, Puff pastry teddy bears pastry, turkey & cheese puff, Zucchini fries, Apple tartlet a la mode, Mini pizza, Glazed Swedish cinnamon twists, Cookie croissant, meatball calzone and more.
Age groups vary based on enrollment, leading to a mix of ages and skill levels, creating a dynamic learning experience. Your child could be among the youngest or oldest participants. Be sure to review the age ranges carefully before registering for camps.
