This class is held at the San Marcos Community Center
This class focuses on techniques from a variety of styles including Boxing, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai. Students will be taught a diverse range of practical skills including punches, kicks, throws, joint locks and takedowns, emphasizing the importance of proper movements and body mechanics for efficiency and injury prevention. This is a fun and energetic class that nurtures a positive and supportive environment where students of all levels feel comfortable learning. $37 white uniform fee due to instructor. Additional gear and testing fees applicable as the student progresses.
