Join us for 4 days of indoor fitness activities that will keep the participants in motion. We will incorporate mobility training, aerobics, Jazzercise, Yoga and more! . We will have fun and keep moving. (Note: Must wear non-marking soled shoes) Dates are: 5/16, 5/23, 5/30 and 6/6/26 2:00-3:15 (younger group) 3:30-4:45 (older group) Exact Session Times will be determined based on age of registrants and will be sent the week prior to the activity.
