About This Activity

Introduction to Weight Training Grades: 5-7 Period 2: 10:20-11:45 Instructor: Brandon Garner Introduction to Weightlifting is a beginner-level course focused on teaching students the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and structured environment. Students will learn proper lifting techniques, basic movement patterns, equipment use, and gym safety protocols. The course emphasizes correct form, injury prevention, physical fitness, and personal goal setting while promoting discipline, confidence, and healthy training habits. No prior weightlifting experience is required.💪
