Football for Rising 8th Graders & Incoming Freshmen: Non-Contact Football, Practice and Conditioning Instructor/Coach: Richard Nila Grades: 8-Incoming Freshman Fall and Spring Semesters: June 9 to July 18, 2025 Practice and Conditioning: Monday through Thursday from 2:00-4:00 pm Location: SMHS Football Field Students enrolled in this section will participate in a comprehensive 6 week strength and conditioning program intended to teach the fundamentals and techniques involved in strength training. The program will offer students a foundation for success as they prepare themselves for high school athletics in the upcoming years. Students enrolled in this section are required to attend both the Strength and Conditioning and Practice sessions. Schedules subject to change.
