Football: Practice and Conditioning Instructor/Coach: Dujuawn Jones Grades: 9-12 Fall and Spring Semesters: June 8 to July 17, 2026 Days & Times: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Location: SMHS Softball Field & Weight Room This summer course is for students preparing for or interested in joining the high school football program. We will focus on getting physically and mentally prepared for the upcoming season. Athletes will lift weights, condition, and train speed, agility, and movement in a structured and supervised setting. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, effort, and consistency. This course also stresses teamwork, accountability, leadership, and taking pride in daily work. Athletes will learn how to train the right way, support their teammates, and build habits that carry over to the football season and beyond. * There will be possible 7 on 7 games on certain days.* Schedules subject to change.
