About This Activity
Pre-Algebra Prep Grade: 7 Period 1: 8:30-10:00 Instructor: Diana Hang Pre-Algebra Prep will provide a review of the grade level just completed to reinforce and ensure the students have mastered the grade level standards. It is important that these foundational skills are strong and can be performed with quick recall and accuracy. This class will also offer a brief introduction to Pre-Algebra concepts. Topics include adding & subtracting like & unlike fractions and mixed numbers, multiplying & dividing mixed numbers & fractions, decimals, percents, fractions, numerical & algebraic expressions, order of operations, solving one-step, two-step and multi-step equations, word problems and much more. This class is best suited for rising 7th grade students who will be enrolled in Pre-Algebra in the Fall of 2026.
