Cross Country Instructor: Alexis Kling Grades: 6-12 Fall and Spring Semesters: June 5th to July 14th, 2023 Days & Times: Daily, 6:30 am -7:45am Learn the fundamentals of cross country running. In this class you will enhance muscle strength and aerobic endurance by road running, track work outs, weight training, and mobility work. Have fun and get into shape! This is a program for students of all levels, as they will be running from 10 to 45 miles per week. Students that are looking to participate in cross country during the school year are highly recommended to participate in this program, as it has been proven that members who are used to the training by summer will perform better during competitions in the fall. Fee: $200
