Learn how to make, roll and eat authentic Vietnamese spring rolls form an expert!Cooking with Sarah! Vietnamese Spring Rolls-Spring Rolls are made of a refreshing cilantro, cucumber, shrimp, and vermicelli rice noodle rolled together in vermicelli rice paper and dip in a house made peanut sauce. You will learn how to make fresh spring rolls to share with family and friends. Please bring a small knife, cutting board, scissor, a deep round/square container that is at least 3 inches deep and 10 inches wide that fits a 9-inch rice paper, a small and large mixing bowls, a large plate/platter/tray, a dish towel, mason jar/container for dipping peanut sauce, and a to-go-container to bring home your extra spring rolls to share.
Registration deadline is August 20, 2025
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
