Description
White Crane Silat is a Chinese Indonesian martial art rooted in the kung fu diaspora. In this upbeat class, students train the PGB White Crane Silat curriculum for belt testing and rank progression while building focus, courage, and determination. Through dynamic movement - forms, acrobatics, throws, animal skills, and obstacle-based games - students develop awareness, balance, coordination, and functional strength. Listening and active engagement are expected. Mid-session enrollment and drop-ins welcome!$30 sibling discount if enrolled in full session. Drop-Ins: $24/class.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
