Hula Hoop Series - Find Your Flow! This class meets two times a month for three months. This is a gentle, all-levels class where everyone can learn at their own pace in a supportive, community environment. Hoops are provided. Discover the joy of movement and self-expression through hula hooping! This multi-week series begins with on-body basics - learning how to keep the hoop spinning comfortably around your core - then moves into off-body skills using your hands, arms, and legs. Each class builds on the skills learned in the previous session, helping you grow your confidence and coordination step by step. As the series progresses, you'll choose a few favorite tricks to explore independently and learn how to combine them into a fun and creative hoop dance sequence. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement and bring water to stay hydrated.
