About This Activity
New this school year! Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is designed for middle school students interested in developing leadership skills while helping to create a positive and engaging experience for younger participants in our After School Program (Grades 1–5). CITs will work alongside Sanibel Sea School staff to assist with supervision, facilitate activities, support younger campers, and serve as positive role models. They'll gain valuable leadership experience while still participating in the fun, exploration, and hands-on adventures that make Sea School special. Sanibel Sea School will approve 3 service hours per session for participating CITs.
