4pm on weekdays. 7:30am on Saturdays. Tuesday & Wednesday weight lifting - TBA NO CAMP 7/7-7/21 **CIF DEAD PERIOD** Intended for all new and returning runners for the 2024 MDXC season. Training each day in preparation for the upcoming Fall season. Focus is on improving all areas of running with emphasis on strength training and aerobic conditioning.
