In this hands-on robotics and coding camp, campers use Lego WeDo2 and SCRATCH to BUILD a busy city, MAKE it move and PROGRAM how it works! Each day focuses on a different part of city life, from transportation and construction to energy, rescue, and exploration. Campers will: construct city vehicles like fire trucks, forklifts, cranes, helicopters, and trains; build important city systems like elevators, wind turbines, pumps, and cargo lifts; and use Scratch programming to bring their creations to life with motors, sensors, and interactive behaviors. As the city grows, campers discover how real machines help people work, travel, and stay safe. Through teamwork, creative building, and coding, they learn core engineering and computer science ideas. No prior coding or robotics experience needed—just imagination and a love of LEGO!
