NOTE: Registration is by approval only. You must have completed an application and received permission to register from the Program Director. Go to our website for more information. The Mountain Kids! Pathfinders Leadership Program is a hands-on leadership experience for teens ages 14–17 who are ready to grow in responsibility, confidence, and mentorship—while still being supported as learners. Pathfinders work alongside Field Instructors during summer camp, assisting with daily activities, supporting younger campers, and gaining real-world leadership experience. Participants are placed into groups based on their age and experience with Mountain Kids!, allowing for a supportive, multi-year progression. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, contribute, and be an engaged member of the camp community.
