The youth basketball program is designed to expose children ages 7-17 to the fundamental skills of basketball within a recreational league setting. The program also allows children to experience team work and sportsmanship. Most importantly, this program promotes fun and is open to both boys and girls. Practices and games will be held at the Activity Center ( 11155 Charlesworth Rd.) and Los Nietos Park (11143 Charlesworth Rd.). Mandatory Skills Evaluation Friday, December 13, 2024 from 5pm-8pm at Los Nietos Park (11143 Charlesworth Rd.). This mandatory evaluation allows staff to create more balanced teams. Mandatory Parent Meeting Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. via zoomAll participants will be placed on a team and receive play time.
Practice Dates: Practice begins the week of January 12, 2025 Practice Days & Times: M/W or Tu/Th between 5-8:30 p.m. Specific days/times cannot be requested. Game Days & Times: Fri-Sun (schedules distributed in December)
