Students learn arm motions, jumps, stunts, dance, cheer, routine formations and voice projection. A cheer and dance routine is taught by our experiencedcoaches. All students are prepared and invited to participate in competition at the end of each session!Attire for Cheerleading: Students should wear comfortable clothing to class, such as shorts or sweatpants, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes.Competition Uniform: The competition uniform includes 5 items:TopSkirtSocksPom pomsHair bowTotal price for all 5 items: $134
You may purchase the complete uniform all at once or purchase the items individually. The uniform is only required for competition and remains the same, so it can be used again for future sessions. Uniforms are available for purchase online at ycusa.org/shop. Important Note: All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.
Competition Fees: There is a competition fee for athletes who participate in the competition, as well as an entry fee for spectators. The athlete competition fee helps cover the awards each athlete receives at the competition.
