About This Activity
Description
This workshop provides an impressive combination of activities and communication tools that encourage conversation on subjects related to body confidence and self-esteem. Each session has been designed to build positive self-esteem by using a variety of fun learning activities, games, art projects and group discussions. The workshop is open to teen girls ages 12-18 years of age. The workshop is being taught by Marian Regional Medical Center staff.
